Air Rhodesia Boeing 720. VP-YNL
In front of the civilian terminal on July 1973

Prior to the round Rhodesia publicity flight to celebrate the introduction of Jet aircraft to the Air Rhodesia fleet. Captain that day was Capt.Tattersall, flight duration two and a half hours routing via Gwelo where two Rhodesian Air Force Hunters formed up either side, Bulawayo, Fort Victoria and Umtali before returning to Salisbury. Low passes were flown over each place. Three of these aircraft were obtained.
